We perform repair for various manufactures and Home warranty companies. In all cases
coverage must be verified prior to us coming out to the home, however we do sometimes
schedule customers prior to conformation of coverage.

Jacuzzi Warranty Repairs

ALL Jacuzzi warranty repairs require access to the area which we DO NOT provide.

If the covered tub was purchased at Lowes

The home owner should call us @ 610-694 -8700 to schedule an appointment, when you call
we will need your name, address, cross street, phone #, model #, Serial # and the nature of
the problem. If you cannot locate the model and serial numbers in your paper work or from
the name plate located behind the pump, then remove the plastic drain cover with a phillips
head screw driver (note after the screw is removed you may need to apply some pressure
to the cover to un-stick it from the tub) the model and serial number should be on a sticker
inside. Please note that when replacing the drain cover do not over tighten the screw.


If the tub was installed by a contractor
