Rates
Rates vary slightly with area, all of Northampton County PA and most of Hunterdon County NJ
are $65 for the service charge plus $55 per hour. For customers near Interstate 80 in Warren
County and customers in the Poccono area the service call is either $75 or $85, the hourly rate

Service Calls
We charge a fee for coming to your home which we call a service charge, this fee is only
charged once regardless of how many times we need to come to your home for any thing
related to what we came for originally within a period of 45 days. For example if you call us
because your spa is not heating and we fix a problem with your heater and a few days later
your spa stops heating again you will not be charged another service call, you will only be
charged for the time we spend on the return visit plus parts of course.
Warranty
We warranty our work for 90 days. Parts warranties vary depending on manufacturers, most
parts carry a 1year warranty.
Scheduling
We schedule service calls in two hour increments, which means we have a two hour time
window to arrive at your home. For example if you are scheduled for between 9:00am and
11:00am we will arrive some time between 9:00 and 11:00 we expect to spend one hour at
your home, we may spend more but on our first visit our goal is to diagnose your problems and
price out the cost of repair. Due to tight scheduling, complex problems may need to be
completed on another visit when we can schedule enough time to complete the repairs. This is
done because prior to arriving at your house we have no idea what is wrong with your spa or
how long it will take to fix it or if you want it fixed knowing the cost of the repair. In most cases
you can expect your spa to be fixed on our first or second visit. Customers with out door spas
that have a electrical disconnect out side need not be home for the return visit.
